Dopebase Demo Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Dopebase Demo React Native mobile app published by Instamobile / Dopebase for iOS and Android.

The Dopebase Demo app lets users preview sample React Native app templates and features before purchasing or licensing source code. Some flows are demo-only and may not represent a production service.

Information We Collect​

Depending on the feature you use, the app may collect or process:

  • Account information, such as name, email address, profile photo, and login provider identifiers.
  • Profile and app content, such as posts, comments, messages, listings, product data, favorites, photos, videos, bookings, or other demo content you create inside the app.
  • Media selected or captured by you, such as photos or videos used for profile images, posts, chat, listings, ecommerce demos, or similar template features.
  • Location information, when you allow location access, for maps, listings, store locator, taxi, delivery, appointments, or nearby-content demos.
  • Audio or call-related data, when you use chat, video, voice, or calling demo flows.
  • Device and diagnostic information, such as device type, operating system version, app version, crash reports, logs, and performance diagnostics.
  • Notification tokens, when push notifications are enabled.

We do not require every permission for every demo screen. The app requests permissions at runtime where the operating system requires user consent.

How We Use Information​

We use information to:

  • Provide demo app functionality.
  • Authenticate users and keep demo accounts secure.
  • Store and display user-generated demo content.
  • Enable media uploads, maps, chat, calls, notifications, and other template features.
  • Debug, protect, and improve the app.
  • Respond to support, deletion, or privacy requests.

The demo app is not intended for sensitive, confidential, medical, financial, or production business data.

Permissions​

The Android and iOS builds may request permissions for:

  • Camera access for profile photos, posts, listings, chat attachments, QR or media capture demos.
  • Photo and media library access for selecting existing images or videos.
  • Microphone access for voice, video, and calling demos.
  • Location access for maps, nearby content, delivery, taxi, appointments, real estate, store locator, and similar demos.
  • Push notifications for app alerts and messaging demos.
  • Network access for Firebase, APIs, media, maps, and third-party services.
  • Phone or call-related capabilities for call and video-call demos, where enabled.

You can revoke app permissions at any time from your Android or iOS device settings.

Payments And Purchases​

The Dopebase Demo app may include ecommerce, subscription, booking, delivery, or payment screens to demonstrate template functionality. Payment and purchase flows in the store demo are intended for testing and demonstration. They should not be treated as production checkout flows.

If a platform payment sheet or in-app purchase test flow appears, it is used only to demonstrate app-template behavior unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Third-Party Services​

The app may use third-party services and SDKs, depending on the demo features enabled in the build:

  • Firebase services, including Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging, and crash or diagnostic tooling.
  • Google Play Services and Google Maps.
  • Apple platform services, including Apple Push Notification service and Sign in with Apple where enabled.
  • Facebook SDK, Google Sign-In, or other authentication providers where enabled.
  • AdMob or Google advertising services where demo ads are enabled.
  • Stripe, Google Play Billing, or other payment SDKs for demo checkout or subscription screens.
  • Twilio, WebRTC, or similar communication providers for chat, video, or call demos.

These providers may process data according to their own privacy policies. We use them only to provide, secure, test, and improve the demo experience.

Data Sharing​

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers that help us operate the demo app, such as hosting, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, notifications, maps, media storage, communication, and support providers.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect users, to prevent abuse, or to enforce our rights.

Data Retention​

Demo data may be retained while the demo service is active or until it is deleted through the app, deleted during periodic cleanup, or removed after a privacy request. Because this is a demo environment, content and accounts may be reset or removed without notice.

Account Deletion​

Where account features are enabled, you can request account deletion from the app profile/settings screens where available. You can also request deletion by contacting us through:

When requesting deletion, include the email address used in the demo app and mention "Dopebase Demo account deletion" so we can identify the account.

Children's Privacy​

The Dopebase Demo app is intended for developers, entrepreneurs, and business users. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security​

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect demo data. No internet or mobile service can guarantee absolute security.

International Processing​

Information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence by Instamobile / Dopebase and service providers used to operate the app.

Changes To This Policy​

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
